Any papers to discuss why my mutants surface area got reduced after my genes of interest inactivation?

Hey all,

I would like to ask if somebody can provide me with good papers to discuss the reults I got after inactivation of genes of interest in M. polymorpha. I want to discuss and relate such results to papers on cell wall in angiosperms rather than on papers on Marchantia polymorpha.
