*Fish has 3 pairs of long barbels on the central side of mouth.

*Fish was found from the river Rajouri a tributary of Chenab river.

Fish is elongated body and whitish in colour.

*Rarely found in the river.

Might be from the family of driftwood catfishes (Auchenipteridae), or Ailidae ( but thats more likely for larger river fish). Try to post a photo of the entire fish ( head + tail) and approx length.
