I'm trying to make coupling between fluid solid interaction and piezoelectric in Comsol multiphysics, in which the fluid passes over a piezo-beam and deform it to generate electric charge (energy harvesting) two way FSI. I did each module alone and it works but can not make the coupling. so if any one can help it will be a great favor ?
what do you mean "each module alone"? The beam must be made of piezoelectric material. Once you have FSI the deformation of the beam must generate a DoP over two surfaces you chosen as the electrodes.
or did you make the beam just with an elastic material?
oh just a comment. Piezoelectric material modeling pre-defined in comsol is in the limit of small deformation. Are you in this regime? Otherwise I think you could have problems.
