Sen's capabilities approach is so powerful, that it does not require reframing. I would certainly advise against using "resilience" considering how many problems are identified with "resilience" and all the difficulties with it:

Notwithstanding apt critiques of Sen to incorporate in any analysis, stick with what works (capabilities) rather than what causes problems (resilience).
