I am trying to frame the idea of resilience from sen's capability approach in the area of entrepreneurship.
Sen's capabilities approach is so powerful, that it does not require reframing. I would certainly advise against using "resilience" considering how many problems are identified with "resilience" and all the difficulties with it:

Notwithstanding apt critiques of Sen to incorporate in any analysis, stick with what works (capabilities) rather than what causes problems (resilience).

If any company recovery immediately from any sock that means the company has resilience. Sen’s capability is excellent.
