Any leads for identification of Pseudomonas syringae from a leaf or soil sample?

We are looking for the presence of Pseudomonas syringae in an infected leaf by the same pathogen. We tried isolating the pathogen in a selective medium named King's B medium. This pathogen forms yellow color colonies on King's B medium as per literature. Can any other confirmation test be done to verify this pathogen?

Blue-green fluorescence on King's B, and LOPAT (+---+) test are working good (but there are some non-fluorescent strains, like Ps.aptata)
