Any idea on opacity of baird parker agar plate after addition of egg yolk emulsion? In my agar plate after addition of egg yolk emulsion opacity is less, what can be the reason or possibility for less opacity? can it be any ingredient in the media or something else? Same egg yolk gives good opacity on other BP.
