Can anybody provide working protocol for polysome profiling in bacteria ?

I have tried protocols given by Methods in Enzymology, Chapter Eight – Analysis of Polysomes from Bacteria,Daoming Qin*, Kurt Fredrick;

Although I coudn't able to see peak corresponding for sub units of Ribosome, my interest is to see polysome profile and global translation status. any suggestions please
