Since Santa Cruz discontinued their awesome rabbit antibodies a year ago, I have yet to find a replacement. Any recommendation on antibodies for Western blot? The antibody must recognize the mature form.

I'd suggest try searching on BenchSci (www.benchsci.com) to find antibodies that have been published.
You can filter by Rabbit Host & Western Blot to narrow down the antibodies and published data. As shown in the screenshot, both Abcam and EMD has good candidate antibodies.

Beware that the mature part of BDNF have some similarities with NGF, NTF3 and NTF4. So, you need to find an antibody binding to a unique epitope if you need to prevent cross-reactivity. Contact me if you need further assistance.
Has anybody observed 20-22 kdA BDNF band along with 14kda mBDNF, 28 kDA truncated BDNF and 32 kDA Pro-BDNF? What is this 20-22 kDA BDNF band?
