Thanks for your reply! I'll have a look at the website. 

The TFF-3 marker is interesting but the problem is that it is a secretory protein. It might be helpful to detect goblet cells through histological analyses but not through a FACS. Do you know any other goblet cell marker?

Have you solved this problem?now I also want to get pure goblet cells through a FACS.
