Dear all,

We need to study cell morphology and perform cytofluorimetric analysis of blood specimens from virus-infected patients. To avoid infecting of personnel, we need to inactivate the virus and, at the same time, to keep cells' morphology. Does anybody know how to do this, e.g. in case of formalin inactivation, what concentration of formalin and treating time should we use?
