Any enzyme which splice mRNA at 5' Cap to generate m7GpppNpNP or so?

I am looking for an enzyme with can splice mRNA only at the 5' end with Cap or without Cap generating ~5 nucleotides at the 5' end. Also not degrading the rest of the mRNA. I am using RNase H which is bit too long digestion and digests all mRNA which I don't want to.

I want the Cap intact and rest of the mRNA intact too.

Does any of you have used any such enzymes?

Have you looked into the rai1/DXO family of enzymes? These enzymes cleave capped RNAs resulting in an intact RNA (with a 5'P) and the cap released. Please see paper below.
