Hi everyone,
I want to design a short peptide which could be transmitted to nucleus. I realized that my short peptide must penetrate the cell membrane and nuclear membrane. I know my short peptide needs a vehicle to get into cytoplasm and a nuclear localization signal to get into nucleus. I am Do you have any advice on it? Your help will be greatly anticipated.
