We are extracting protein out of the milk fat globules. After extraction we tried to quantify total protein concentration in our samples but unfortunately our final protein yield is extremely low and it is under the limit of quantification of the traditional bradford test. We know that we are indeed extracting protein because we are able to see specific proteins in Western blot but unfortunately we are not able to accurately determine total protein concentration because for most of the samples it is under 500 ng/microL. Do you know any specific technique or kit that could help us to detect protein in such a low concentrations?

Thank you in advance for your comments.
