How much should be the concentration of SDS, EBr, and Acridine Orange for plasmid curing in anribiotic resistant Vibrio species?. Do these solution necessarily kill bacteria for plasmid curing, or there are still left alive bacteria? If they are dead, so how could I find out they are resistant, vice versa.

First of all you have to check the the minimum inhibitory concentration of EtBr, SDS, Acridine orange on vibrio species. Then you should use the sub-inhibitory conc. of these agents in plasmid curing assays. And confirm your results with agarose gel electrophoresis as well as replica plating method. And keep in mind that plasmid curing doesn't affect the viability of bacterial cell.
