I'd like to ask for your help. I really look forward to hearing from any of you who knows the answers.

I have three different groups and they are different samples.

Depending on the research question, I might have one dependent variable or more than two.

I'd like to know

1) Must use Manova if samples are different. (They are samples from three different governmental regime)

2) Can use Manova even though I have only one dependent variable.

3) If Manova, can I use Scheffe as post-hoc analysis?

Or is Scheffe only for Anova?

4) If Scheffe is not appropriate, what'd be appropriate post-hoc for Manova?
