Hello - yes, I agree with Michael. The left coiling is the key that this is something in the Triphoridae family - not a Cerithiopsis (all right coiling). I am not familiar with Indian Ocean species, but the genus could be Marshallora, Cosmotriphora, Triphora, Similiphora and others.

Rajan, the photo is still viewable but you can go for a good microscope to capture it well. Wow, after almost 100 plus years this is (T. acuta) being reported. Excellent.
Dear Dr. Deepak it's very difficult classify the Triphoridae there are many species, few studied, I think, the your it's a new species It's a Mastonia a tropical genus widespread also in the Indian Ocean. This shells has the ornamentation with pearl more big than the other genus. I find two species that are similar but not the same, now I show you.
The first is Mastonia adamsi (Deshates, 1863) Indian Ocean and Reunion Island.
the second is Mastonia clavata (Pease, 1861) from Philippines
