I am working in landslide susceptibility, and i must validate my results being comparing the most importat method (Frequency ratio, multivarite regression). For this purpose i dont know how to make my work very interesting by make the relationship between the landslide susceptibility index ranking and the cumulative percentage of landslide occurrence.

Isn't this just the integral? Most plot programs should have this function, e.g. XmGrace or Excel.
You calculate it using the analytical balance. First calibrate the paper density of the paper you use to print the area under the curve. Cut 1x1 2x2 and 3x3 cm^2 squares, Weigh each. calculate the weight per unit area from each. Take the average. Then from your AUC results, carefully cut out the area under the curve and the area outside the curve. Weigh them both using the anal. balance. Multiply the weights by the weight per unit area calculated before. You'll get the area under the curve and outside the curve. To calculate the % area under the curve, just divide the area under the curve calculated before, by the sum of the area under the curve and that outside the curve.
