I am working with a virus expressing dsRed which I injected in mouse brain, in combinaison with another one expressing EYFP. The dsRed signal is too weak to be visible under our microscope. I was wondering if there is a way to enhance dsRed signal post-hoc, as we could do for eGFP (with anti-GFP antibody) for example. Any expertise on that ?
