I am looking to find out how much endotoxin I can expect in a regular Qiagen plasmid maxi kit (NOT the endo-free kits, which should have nothing detectable, or the plasmid plus kits which are designed to leave only a small amount, I believe). I cannot seem to find this information anywhere on Qiagen's website. Perhaps some of you have made your own endotoxin measurements from preps?? Thanks a lot. I appreciate any insight.

It might be worth emailing tech support at Qiagen to see if they can put an upper limit to the endotoxins
