Am doing cyclic voltametry but data is decreasing every time i repeat the experiment,please help me understand?

am Using a platinum and Ag/Agcl reference electrode in a 1M KOH as electrolyte with potential window of 1.2V to determine capacitance of my working electrode but the capacitance is reducing every time I repeat the experiments even if all the parameters are kept constant, I cant understand ,please help?
