Synthesis of cobalt oxide/titanium dioxide composites?

Dear experts,

I wish to synthesize cobalt oxide/titanium dioxide composites(Co2O3/TiO2) using coprecitation or solgel or both,please help if you have an idea that can help me get the composites in nano size
