AIM-V and limphocytes contaminated?

I am growing human lymphocytes in AIM-V culture medium (serum-free). After 48 hours everything is contaminated, it looks like bacteria but there are also fungi. Does anyone have experience with this growing medium? I don't want to use too much antibiotic because it damages cell viability.
