We have an 1100 series HPLC with a quaternary pump that is an upgraded isocratic pump (G1310A) that will not power on.  Everything else in the system powers on fine and I have tried moving the pump plug to a different outlet.  The system worked great when the pump powered up and I have been using it everyday for about a month.  During the past few days, a couple of times I had to press the power button twice for the pump to turn on (the first time the button would go in and the light would not come on, then I would turn it off and back on again and it would light up). Now it won't respond at all.  Has anyone else had this happen where something takes a couple of times to power on then won't turn on at all?  Trying to see if it is something simple I can fix myself or if we need to get a tech out.
