I only have used sgRNAs. For the first time I used crRNA+tracrRNA and I kept what was left in the -20C. Can I use it again or is it better to prepare fresh crRNA+tracrRNA?
Thank you :)
is there any other way to heat a polymer evenly other than oil bath if so what are those and how to use it
