Im new at CRISPR-CAS9 stuff and I am wondering if once formed, the CRISPR ribonucleoprotein (crRNP) complex can loose the cr/tracrRNA and exchange it with another cr/tracrRNA molecule. There is so much information that I get the feeling of looking for a needle in a haystack!

I would highly appreciate to know the paper were this is studied (if there is any).
