I'm working with a Chlorella culture to produce fatty acids in heterotrophyc. The carbon source in Glucose, thus, is an excellent media for other microorganisms. Already I have done 7 attemps to develop the culture but repeatly the culture become contaminated with bacteria or fungi. I'm using a Univessel Bioreactor with Biostat B (Sartorius) as control unit. I added Amikacyn as antibiotic.

Dear Esteban .. if you want to cultivate microalgae with glucose you should use axenic strain. It could be obtained by successive streaking of your strain on agar plates with antibiotic (at least three times). And for sure aseptic inoculation conditions should be followed for cultivation in the bioreactor to prevent bacterial contamination (it will grow faster than your algae because of glucose)

As I know, algal culture collections usually provide “monoculture” not “axenic strain”. And to prevent contamination in the photobioreactor due to heterotrophic (glucose), you should sterilize whole reactor and hoses (autoclaving if possible), sterilized medium and of course sterilized air (through membrane air filter)
