I have been working on" Studies on Aero-Mycology of our Lab(indoor) for three months,followed by identification of fungi....all the colonies were identified and the photographs along with statistical analysis is ready....
What do i need to do to get it published? Does it require any additional inputs?

if you have identified the number and types of all the fungal colonies appeared on the petri plates, then you are advised to correlate these number of colonies and types with the meteorological parameters like temperature, humidity and so on.
This information would be helpful to describe the effect of meteorological parameters on the growth and dissemination of fungal spores in the indoor environment.
There are several European and American journals, where you could possibly submit your article, like: Aerobiologia, Grana, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Journal of Basic Microbiology, Annals of Agricultural and Environmental Medicine. Depending on the selected journal, I would recommend to use at least five references previously published by this journal, as this is often being checked by the publisher. Have a look at similar already published studies, and then you may find it easier to see what other types of analyses you could perform and include to improve your article.
I hope the results would have been published by now and the author should be aware of important aerobiological/ ycological journals
