So i have added a research paper in Web of Science Researcher ID and it is showing not indexed even though it is an Web of Science indexed journal. There are 2 papers i have published from the same journal, one in January 2024 and second in February 2024. The january one is showing indexed while february one is showing not indexed. I have crossed checked in the master journal list for the journal i have published in and it is their. What would be the reason can anybody clear me out regarding this.

I would suggest to wait for a bit. The indexing is probably not processed as soon as the article is published. As you said, the older paper from January is indexed but the newer one from February is not. Thus, I would expect it to be indexed with one month delay from the date the January paper was indexed. However, I do not know it for sure.
Currently I am waiting for my paper to be indexed as well. I have checked the previous volumes and it seems that papers are indexed with a delay of two months (anything 'younger' than two months is not fully indexed yet). Good luck with your paper!
