Hi Everyone,
I have a liquid-air mixture in a closed domain where I am trying to simulate it via ansys/fluent. I used the mixture multi-phase model with no mass transform (as a start as the flow is laminar). The results are good from pressure point of view. However, the air volume fraction remains constant (as initialised value) all over the domain. I expected that it will be very tiny as pressure goes high and get higher in lower pressure. Any interpretation for this? Alternatively, is there a method to adjust the volume fraction manually via a udf as a function of pressure. I mean to give the solver the volume fraction via udf rather than solving it?
Kind regards
Wael
