i have prepared the activated carbon from pomegranate peels under the mentioned condition when i heat the furnacr upto the 700 degree celecious as from literature
the sample turned its colour to slivery white as ash but it is still normally hard
while i used the 700 degree celecious temperature for date seeds for the time double of that for pomegranate peels but these sample are still almost black
what is the matter?
Is the colour is important?

The most likely answer is that the white substance is indeed ash and in effect you have burnt away all of the carbon. You could confirm this by repeating the experiment, firstly with your samples in a closed container and secondly with the air first flushed out using nitrogen. By the way, the correct name for degrees C is Celsius.
