I want to analyze Metals collected on 47mm PTFE Filter.

No. Because you will do acid digestion for extracting metals. But the acid is not to be used for TOC or HPLC. For HPLC you will require an organic solvent like acetone or DCM. For TOC it should be an aqueous solvent
