dear, directly from a plant extract u cant find out its properties, and if u already knew that its AChE inhibitor than might u knew the structure also and if everything is known then u can select a standard AChE inhibitor and in compare with that standard u can check AChE inhibitory activity of your compound, and publication depends on activity of your active compound, it should be more than standard.
