What kind of reaction can be shown?

Sad indeed. The thing is that the ‘paper’ is published by “Longdom Publishing SL” a notorious predatory publisher part of the deceptive ‘empire’ of “OMICS Publishing Group” (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OMICS_Publishing_Group ).
Unfortunately, you are not the only victim of this kind of scientific misconduct by these fraudsters, see for example:

Looking at the examples in the above links I see that unfortunately they are still out there. Indicating that most likely there is no way to get the content removed. These so obvious criminals do not have any intentions to adhere to any of the serious scientific standards when it comes to publishing.
Although OMICS has been ordered to pay a fine of over 50 million USD https://www.science.org/content/article/us-judge-rules-deceptive-publisher-should-pay-501-million-damages#:~:text=A%20U.S.%20federal%20judge%20has,of%20so%2Dcalled%20predatory%20tactics I am not sure whether they ever paid and what is certain is that unfortunately they are still out there.
