I want to work on the ecotoxicological effect of PAH (fluoranthene) on different organism species.... But I can not find its analytical standard in my country, Can I use Flournthene 98% (423947) as HPLC standard and for drawing the calibration curve?

Yes you can. However, some vendors like Merck/SIgma ALdr. offer a standard mix of PAHs - there are 16 or 18 unsubstituted PAHs.
You can use such a standard mixture as well (it will be also useful to evaluate your separation effectiveness - as you need to separate your analyte from other PAHs).

It is necessary to consider purity percent of this reagent in the preparation of stock solution. By considering Factor of 1.02 (100/98), the concentration of flournthene stock solution is calculated. For example, the concentration of 10 ppm (10 mg in 1 L) must be modified into 10.2 ppm. Good luck
