Dear Colleagues,
I have applied for the (so-called) fastest, consequently costlier, service available i.e. RED ROUTE, https://www.naric.org.uk/visas%20and%20nationality/Default.aspx, for the "PhD Degree/English Compatibility Certificate", which claims that the process will be complete within 10 working days. Yet frustratingly, after over more than 20 days, they have still not finished the processing of my English Compatibility and PhD Degree-, which I got from an internationally well-recognized university- SNU.
Can anyone share their experiences of the RED-Route , UK-NARIC service and how to get in touch with them. I have tried their service centre hotline, where I have waited for 10-15 minutes (costly minutes) without getting connected to their service representative.
