Can anyone tell when performing a heat-induced hemolysis assay what weight should be taken for standard preparation (stock solution, when Asprin is using as the standard)? And which v/v% percentage of blood suspension gives more accurate results?
And can you tell me the optimum conditions for this assy? can anyone please give me a solution, idea or any suggestion for this ASAP
I have never heard of this but i know a lot about the mechanisms of coagulation, capillary hemostasis, amyloid production, collagen formation, and tissue repair that might be relevant to your question.
