I am modeling a deck on steel i girders but whenecer i define the contact and the restraints i get these 3 errors, how can i fix it

I keep getting this error 

For *tie pair (assembly__pickedsurf47-assembly__pickedsurf46), adjustment was specified but no node was adjusted more than the adjustment distance = 2.22000e-16.

and this error 

For *tie pair (assembly__pickedsurf49-assembly__pickedsurf48), adjustment was specified but no node was adjusted more than the adjustment distance = 2.22000e-16.

and this error
