I am modeling Transmission tower (steel str.) using elastoplastic properties of steel. Type is dynamic Explicit (Earthquake load acting at base of tower). But while running the model i am getting warning as shown in figure. Any idea about it ??

Anshu Rajpoot , Are you applying displacement or load increments? It seems that your initial time step (i.e. Load or displacement) is causing a large deformation at some elements, it is so large that the resulting strain exceeds the yielding strain.

Hothifa Rojob sir , No i am not applying any displacement. In my case only Earthquake load (Elcentro) is acting at base.
Ravi shankar Badry sir, Sure sir apart from this i also have doubt in soil nonlinear properties. Will discuss on 19th sept.
