Hello @ Akash Meena your question is not clear. Write out the PDE you want to solve containing the source term and explaining which is the depedent variable. Then let us answer your question. Don't constrain us to follow your own answer.
I have some equation regarding adding the penalty term in the turbulence model.
As I want to apply the topology optimization in the gas turbine blade, I think the turbulence interface must be adopted instead of using the Laminar interface. Lately, I found a paper "Topology optimization method with finite elements based on the k-ε turbulence model", which suggested adding penalty terms into the turbulence model as shown in Figure 1.
I am trying to follow Example 3 (page 17-19). I added the penalty terms by expanding the Equation view and inserting it into the Fluid Properties 2 as in Figure 2 (since there was no option to add source term (F) as in Navier-Stokes equation). However, after running, the results were almost the same as the case without penalty terms. So, I am not sure that I did any mistake? Do you have any suggestions?
