According to the black hole information paradox, the information that enters a black hole is lost forever, which contradicts fundamental principles of quantum mechanics that prohibit the loss of information. This problem is still debated and could be key to the theory of quantum gravity, perhaps you can help me.
To really scientifically answer the thread question and to comment the preface it is evidently necessary before to understand scientifically – what is “Information” and what is “black hole”,
- for what, in turn, it is necessary scientifically to understand what are at least a few really fundamental phenomena/notions “Matter”, “Space”, “Time”, “Energy”, “Information” [and “Consciousness”,, though], all of which – and so, including, everything in Matter, i.e. “particles”, “fundamental Nature forces” – and so “fields”, etc.
- are fundamentally completely transcendent/uncertain/irrational in mainstream philosophy and science, and so in every case when the mainstream addresses to any really fundamental problem, then result is completely inevitably is transcendent/mystic something.
Including the timeless question that remains ever-relevant: What happens to the information that falls into a black hole? really is some transcendent/irrational mental construction.
The phenomena/notions above can be, and are really rigorously scientifically defined only in framework of the Shevchenko-Tokarevsky’s really philosophical 2007 “The Information as Absolute” conception, recent version of the basic paper see

- really there is no any “ black hole information paradox”. “Black holes” are, though extremely exotic, but nothing else than some material objects, which are created at collapsing of large masses under action of the fundamental nature Gravity force - at that fundamentally nothing happens with Matter’s spacetime - into rather compact object,
- and in this case/sense the objects differ from neutron stars only in that density of matter in BH is so large, that matter inside cannot be “ordinary” baryon matter [i.e. is in the “4-th fundamental phase state”, which is next in the state phases “ordinary matter”, “white dwarf” and “neutron star”; and so the objects create extremely large strength Gravity fields outside.
Though yeah, physics till now don’t know what is the “4-th fundamental phase state, ,moreover, it looks as rather rational if in this case really can be 5-th, 6-th, etc. phases dependently on BH mass and so Gravity strength inside, but in this fundamentally there is no any mystics, paradoxes, etc.

- isn’t correct, in the “quantum gravity problem” there is no mystics, Gravity, again, is only some Force, which in many traits is similar to Electric Force, and as at introducing Electric [and Strong, Weak Forces] Force in QM there was no principal problems, after the real theory of Gravity Force will be developed, “quantum gravity” theory will be developed as well. That is another thong, that in the mainstream the both – classical and QM – theories are transcendent, and they must be updated in accordance with the SS&VT model above [see the link is previous S post].
Though in this case note, that Gravity is extremely weak Force, and so practically fundamentally differs from other Forces, and so in 1-st -3-rd phases matter “ordinary” QM Gravity structures are really impossible, and so QM Gravity structures can be only in BH phase.

Information is a combination of 0 and 1. To save them, energy and carriers are needed. If we consider that the carriers are the minimum quanta of the Universe space, and the recording of information is a change in the parameters of their electromagnetic field, then, having fallen into a black hole, whose electromagnetic field has enormous energy, it will "saturate" the electromagnetic field of the space quanta entering with information and make it uniform for the entire hole. As a result, the information will lose its individuality.
