Could I please ask if it should be a table or a figure?
Does the pathway look correct?

I'm no expert on these pathways, so I can't tell you if it is correct. However, it seems to me that this is definitely a figure.
If I may offer some advice on the figure design, color would be helpful. Also the first part of the figure for either condition is almost exactly the same, thus it is redundant. I think this adds to the complexity you're worried about and if you combined them and simply highlight differences between conditions with color, it may look better and be more interpretable.
