3H Thymidine Proliferation Assay - Causes for high Media CPM?

Currently running a culture with daily sampling thymidine proliferation assay on PBMCs stimulated with KLH and TT, addition 10uL diluted Thymidine 1uCi incubated O/N. We are seeing a high CPM in our Media wells and not sure what could be the cause?
