2X RNA Loading and ladder?
I have to dilute 2X RNA loading dye with water. Usually I use 3 micro liter of loading with 3 micro liter of my sample. How much water should I use for diluting 2X RNA loading dye?
Do you usually heat the loading before using , it is mentioned in Fermentase catalogue up to 70 c?
What concentration of Agaros gel do u recommend for detection of RNA?

This is exactly the ratio you have to use for your 2X loading dye!
For formaldehyde gels I usually took 1% agarose but of course it depends on the size of your RNA of interest.
No need to dilute further. Heating may not be necassary all the time, if you are interested in total RNA, 1%agarose will work.
And why is that? Dilute further until?
