2 peaks melt curve . 1 band gel?

Hi Everybody,

I am doing qPCR for the ITS gene. It seems I have 2 peaks. But in a gel I am able to see just 1 band. I tested decreasing the primer concentration , because I thought were primer dimers and also the number of cycles but still no positive results. Any idea? This is how looks like. Standards in green, negative control in red, others the samples
