160 kDa MW transfer in Turbo Blot?

HI All,

Just wondering if the high molecular weight protein are well-transferred through Turbo blot system. Has anyone tried high molecular weight around 160 kDa? If so, the protocol for high molecular weight programme saved in the Turbo blot machine work fine? or used manual programme?
