Want to order LAMP primers, I'm wondering whether I should order 4 primers as FIP, BIP, F3 and B3 or 6, as F1c, F2, B1c, B2, F3 and B3?

Since there should be several nucleotides between F1c and F2 (Same about B1c and B2), I doubt which would be the correct form to order primers for synthesis. Many thanks in advance.
