When I go through the XRD data match using Xpert highscore plus I got a file match of 49 scores for my undoped ferrite sample. Is it valid to my prepared sample. ? Also how could I find the effect of doping in the same sample, as I can't find a match for doped metals.

the effect of doping is in general seen by slight peak shifts (to the left or right) compared to the case of an undoped sample.
Due to the very low concentrations of the dopand in the matrix, you will in general not 'see' any (additional) peaks caused by the dopand.

Thanks for the question. Typically, search and match functions are fairly robust in picking peak positions and intensities. However, it is up to the researcher to decide the best match option for the pattern.
Transitioning to the doping question, fundamentally it needs to be understood how the doping metal is incorporated into the crystal structure. Because we are dealing with spinel-type ferrites, the effects of doping aren't necessarily predictable due to multiple cationic sites and the degree of spinel inversion. This will inherently change the pattern in some noticeable and some unnoticeable ways. The best way to discern this is by using the Rietveld method, by replacing some of the dopant atoms in an existing pattern with the atoms that you are doping into the structure and refining the atomic positions. This is inherently difficult with ferrites due to the flexibility of Fe being able to go between 2+ and 3+ (between the tetrahedral and octahedral sites).

Yes, valid for prepared samples. The effect of doping sometimes leads to a slight deviation of the angles or a change in the intensity of the peaks.
