I wonder - can you do an XP workflow (illumina sequencing) using the reagents in the reagent cartridge ? i.e - without the XP kit ? Did anyone test that and is willing to share success and failure?

it is fairly easy to load w/o the XP loading rack (tested on an old FC which we emptied first but gentle pipetting)
