some teachers have the natural ability to teach. they can manage without the intensive training and the well equipped classes. Does that mean that they are better than the teachers who are less talented??
NO , I disagree with you .Good teachers are made . Teaching considered to be a practical and theoretical task.I will explain:
Someone is trying to bake a rich fruit cake for the first time, he would have no alternative but to follow the instructions in the recipe precisely and in every detail, even then the cake might not turn out a success because the beginner might be working under conditions which were not exactly those presupposed in the instructions. Just like the novice teachers when they start their job of teaching their should be relevant general principles to allow them to adjust or vary their approach appropriately. This is how a teacher becomes good.
The condition of "good" is very relative, especially in the case of a dialectical relationship that must exist between the teacher and his students. The commitment and responsibility to promote the social transformation of people under his command is the main condition to be recognized in good educator. The peculiar characteristics of each one's birth, such as good humor, kindness and brotherhood, help a lot in this situation. The teaching techniques and periodic training also help in this formation. Finally, the condition of being good or bad educator will always be evaluated by others and often does not depend on their self-criticism. So the important thing is to make it happen and always be open to debates and criticisms trying to evaluate and make decisions of changes for better situations.
