I prefer to develop the analytical side in solving practical problems, such as the use of excellent programs to find those solutions. Also better focus on topics that address environmental and industrial problems
The best use of the student's time is reading the textbook. Second is to do the end-of-chapter questions and review "Key Terms" from the textbook. Third is to review their class notes. Forth is to work in study groups, where two or more students study together and ask each other questions. I always tell my students on the first day of class: "If you want to earn an 'A', then you should study 2 hours outside of class for each hour spent in class."
Notably, the theoretical underpinnings of social constructivism by Vygotsky place a very high premium on collaboration and interaction among learners. Telecollaboration approach is a form of network-based teaching whose aim is to bring together learners outside the class context through computer-mediated communication for the purpose of improving their learning. Such an interactive pedagogical technique is a type of computer-assisted instruction whereby students find the opportunity to engage with their peers through the computer and the internet. This sociocultural view of learning paves the way for practical engagement of learners in doing assignments and projects collaboratively, particularly outside the classroom.

Yes I encourage my students outside the class also...I try to motivate them...so that they can achieve their goal and always have a positive frame of mind
Provide opportunity to student practically according to their interest that help to dig out their natural creativity instead to teach them that what they do or do not in atmosphere similar to class like seminars, workshop etc
